Niner Bikes & Industry 9 Wheels Demo Day - Reservation Form

Richards Bicycles is proud to dual host Niner Bicycles & Industry Nine Wheels with their 2014 Demo Day for the Midwest United States.  Demo's will be held at our shop from the hours of 10am - 5pm CST.  Customers will be allowed to ride the demo bikes & wheels around the local neighborhood, or if they'd like, take a demo bike to a local trail.   

Location:  The demo event will be held at our Palos Heights location.  11933 S. Harlem Ave.  Palos Heights, IL 60463.  Riders who want to take these bikes / wheels out on the trail can goto the Swallow Cliff Loop Trail and other nearby trails.  NOTE:  These trails are 4 miles from our shop.  We highly recommend bringing a vehicle that can transport the bike to & from Swallow Cliff.

 

Schedule: Because of the limited # of available demo bikes & wheels, we highly recommend that any rider plans to do a demo ride, please fill out the form below to ensure that your selected bike / wheelset is available when you arrive.  We ask that riders PLEASE show up on time and adhere to the time-frame for which you've selected.  This is out of courtesy of the other riders who will also be in queue to demo.  If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you PLEASE let us know so we can open your spot up for other riders.  You can cancel by calling Adam  at 708-448-8260 or e-mail him directly at adam@rbikes.com. 

Fees:  NONE!  This is a free event.  There are no fees at all to demo any bike or wheelset.  There's no obligation to purchase anything after you ride.  We just want you to go out & have a great time!  We will ask to hold a credit card during the duration of the demo ride for security purposes.  No charges will be made to the card unless the bike / wheelset is damaged or stolen while in your possession.  You are responsible for the equipment while you're using it.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old.  Youths must be accompanied by an adult who will sign a waiver form for the youth.
  • Must present your drivers license or state ID along with a valid credit card
  • A reservation is not required to ride; however it is highly recommend, as we're going to have limited supply of bikes & wheels.  Riders who fill out a reservation will have priority over riders who simply show up without a reservation
  • Wheels:  We ask that you bring your own bicycle to demo a set of wheels, unless you're planning to demo both a Niner bike & a set of wheels at the same time.
  • Transportation:  Since the Swallow Cliff trail head is approx 4 miles from our location, we highly recommend bringing a vehicle that can transport your bike to & from the trail.

Please choose the time that you plan to arrive at our shop. We ask that you please show up on time, as other riders will be scheduled to ride based upon the demo schedule
Please choose an approximate time-frame in which you choose to ride the bike & / or wheelset. For consideration of other customers who will also be interested in taking these bikes & wheels for a test ride, we ask that you limit your time to 3 hours max & please show up on time.
